The U.S. Probation & Pretrial Services Office for the District of Maryland procures treatment services for federal defendants and persons under supervision.  Please refer to the Solicitations menu for current solicitations.

Treatment providers must register, and recertify annually, in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) to do business with our agency.  SAM.gov is a free, official website of the U.S. Government.  There is no cost to use SAM.gov.  Any request for payment for registration should be treated as fraudulent.  Your payments will be made via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) using bank routing and account numbers registered in SAM.gov (no payments will be made via U.S. Treasury check).
